Our Four Horsemen Boosters feature re-mastered repacks containing only cards from these earliest (and best) expansions of Magic's history. Each booster contains 1 rare, 3 uncommons, and 11 commons, and will have at least one card from each set.
While the early expansions had some rarity quirks (such as "U1, U2, and U3"), Wizards official site (Gatherer) has reclassified them according to the much more recognizable R, U, and C. This is how we've split cards by their rarity for the purposes of these packs as well. One of the things you'll notice is that Bazaar of Baghdad, City of Brass, Library of Alexandria, and Diamond Valley are all codified as Uncommons...which means yes you could get a booster with a sweet rare like Mishra's Workshop AND a Bazaar of Baghdad at uncommon.

We have 360 Boosters, which contains a full set of Arabian Nights, a full set of Antiquities, a full set of Legends, and a full set of The Dark, as well as many duplicate Rares, Uncommons, and Commons to add up to 360 total rares, 1080 Uncommons, and 3960 Commons.
The sets themselves have the following checklist splits:
Arabian Nights: 32 rares,19 Uncommons, 27 Commons
Antiquities: 24 rares, 40 Uncommons, 25 Commons
Legends: 121 rares, 114 Uncommons, 75 Commons
The Dark: 35 rares, 44 Uncommons, 40 Commons
Our Four Horsemen Boosters are not perfectly collated with the original sets, rather, they are built from a card pool with the following splits (note at least one of each card from every set is present in the card pool):
Arabian Nights: 50 rares, 60 uncommons, 360 commons
Antiquities: 50 rares, 300 uncommons, 600 commons
Legends: 160 rares, 360 uncommons, 1800 commons
The Dark: 100 rares, 360 uncommons, 1200 commons
